His ventures into trading and exporting coffee, coupled with founding Purple Palms resort in Coorg, showcase his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence. With daily engagement in stock market analysis, his accurate decisions greatly benefit the firm.
Brings over 13 years of valuable experience in the FMCG industry, gained during his tenure at Hindustan Unilever. His leadership journey began in 2024 when he joined the SLN family. With a distinguished background, Singh has established himself as a leader, leaving an indelible mark during his time at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) and Unilever.
From a young age, his family background encouraged him to further his career in the coffee industry. His aspiration to establish a family office ignited his enthusiasm to pursue a postgraduate degree in finance at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. As Head of Business Development, he leverages his expertise to foster strategic partnerships globally, offering tailored solutions with strong backward integration.
A legacy that began in Coorg and grew into an integrated coffee platform spanning plantations, processing, and trade.
The first seed of our coffee legacy was planted in 1956 when we acquired a 1,000-acre coffee plantation from the Rajah of Chettinad in Coorg, India. The SLN Group began its journey by trading and exporting coffee through SLN Exports. In 2000, SLN scaled up its operations by establishing a 30,000 MT capacity curing and green bean trading division.
We have consistently expanded our innovation, technology, and product offerings year after year. Our instant coffee division was established in 2007 and has since grown to become one of India’s leading exporters of roasted, ground, and instant coffee powder, with a capacity exceeding 10,000 MT. Our manufacturing processes are designed to meet the highest international standards, encompassing ISO, GMP, FSSC 22000, and FDA regulations.
By controlling the process end-to-end from bean to brew, we offer exceptional quality and value to our customers. We are loved by customers across more than 40 countries, offering private label solutions for prestigious international brands and our own brand, Levista.
